Terms of Service

Plain English summary: Untilt HQ is an analytical tool for reviewing your own trading activity. We're not a broker, we don't place trades, we don't give financial advice. Use it like a notebook with a smart pen.

1. The service

Untilt HQ ("the service") lets you import, log, and analyze your trading history. We surface patterns and generate AI-assisted commentary. The service is provided as-is and is intended for adult retail traders.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the security of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Use a strong, unique password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You can delete your account anytime from account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your trades, notes, and subscription data within 30 days.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access without our written permission
• Upload data you don't have the right to upload

4. Subscriptions and refunds

Pro plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. The first 30 days are covered by a money-back guarantee — email billing@untilthq.com within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked.

Lifetime memberships are a one-time payment with the same 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, Lifetime payments are non-refundable.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period.

5. Not financial advice

Untilt HQ does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Insights, statistics, and AI-generated commentary describe your own historical activity and patterns. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for understanding your tax obligations.

6. Broker integrations

When you connect a broker (e.g. Alpaca), we use the API credentials you provide to fetch your order history. We never place trades on your behalf and request read-only access where the broker supports it. You can revoke access anytime from your broker's settings and from our Broker connection page.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. We're not liable for losses (financial or otherwise) caused by service interruption.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Untilt HQ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses, or data loss. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.
